Description
Comfortably peaceful and relaxed cottage for vacation. The authentic log cabin is built with respect for tradition and is located on its own, but close to the trails and Pallas-Yllästunturi National Park. In your own yard in the edge of the forest, you can sit or even spend the night on a lean-to made of a log tree. The sauna has both a traditional wood stove and an electric stove. Storage space for sports equipment. Guests have access to snow shoes, non-slip shoes, a sled, 2 kick sleds, a fatbike and 2 old bicycles. The space Downstairs there is a windshield, a hallway, a separate toilet, a dressing room, a laundry room, and a sauna with wood and electric stoves. The kitchen and living room are a cohesive high space. Downstairs is a bedroom with a double bed (160cm wide). The loft has four separate beds under a crooked ceiling: three trunks (80cm) and one 120cm wide box spring on the floor. Please note that in the summertime, the loft spaces are not allowed to be completely darkened. The yard has a wood shed and an exterior building with a workshop/storage room on the right side, for example, for storing skis or bikes. The backyard is bordered by the forest, and the yard has a lean-to with a ridge on the hearth. With the fireplace, you can cook if you want, and it's also possible to stay overnight with the lean-to. (you can get a curtain in front of the gap) Guest access You'll have access to an entire cottage, a workshop/warehouse in an outbuilding where you can store and maintain equipment, and a lean-to in the backyard. Other things to note During the spring season, the cottage is only rented on full weeks and the changeover day is Sunday. The cottage is built with full respect for traditions with breathable materials, and that's why the exterior walls of the house, for example, have not been treated with paint or other chemicals, but the wood can gray at its own pace.
