Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this townhome is a perfect place to stay with family, friends, or a couple's get-away. If coming for work, this centrally located AirBnB will meet all your needs. We opened this up February of 2025, so you will sleep on new, comfortable mattresses and enjoy all the other "newnesses" this place has to offer. Bring your pets to explore the fenced back yard. Close driving distance to restaurants, sports events, grocery and gas. You won't be disappointed! The space Cozy living room with Queen Sofa Sleeper and Love Seat. Work desk. Huge smart TV for settling in and watching your favorite shows. Fireplace is available for use for an extra $10/day. Kitchen is supplied with everything you need to make great meals and delicious coffee. The Master Bedroom hosts a luscious king bed, a walk-in closet, and an adjoining bathroom. Watch TV at night while lying in bed before you doze off to sleep. The Guest Bedroom has two twin beds and ample storage for clothing. Guests staying in this room can have a separate bathroom all to themselves. Two car garage and spaces in the driveway for two more cars. (There is a garage door opener.) There is also street parking. We have all the major appliances for you. Oven/stovetop, fridge, microwave, and washer and dryer. Garbage disposal. The kitchen as most minor appliances as well. If needing something in particular, please reach out to me. We have lots of storage for your food. We are pet friendly (two pets max). There's a fenced back yard. We do ask that no pets be on the furniture and beds--that hair can sure be difficult to clean off! We can supply a dog bed if you need one. There's an extra fee for bringing pets (see extra charges). Guest access You will have full use of the townhome, patio deck, garage and backyard. Other things to note The fireplace is available for an extra $10/day.
