Our lovely community has several nearby parks within short walking distance and 1.3km to the riverbank and Diefenbaker Park. There is easy access to Circle Drive and the Idylwyld freeway, which makes it easy to navigate around Saskatoon. The space You will have easy access to the suite with keypad entry. One bedroom with a closet, luxury linens and an incredible memory foam mattress to ensure you have a great night sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and Keurig coffee maker. Relax in the spacious living room with a smart TV, using your own streaming platform logins. There is free WIFI access for guests. Guest access You will access the home from a shared entrance. From there, you will have your own private secured suite featuring a kitchen, bedroom, living room and bathroom. There are shared laundry machines, their use is available upon request.
