An ozone treatment will be necessary to remove the smell. ➤ QUIET HOURS: Amplified music and outdoor gatherings are not allowed after 10 pm to preserve neighborhood peace. You will receive one warning if we are notified of excessive noise, then will be fined $250 and/or asked to leave the property without a refund if we must warn you again. ➤ GUEST COUNT: Please inform us of the exact number of guests.. The maximum number of guests the listing can accommodate is 10. For each additional guest, there is an extra fee of $100 per night per guest, which covers essentials and utilities. ADDITIONAL GUESTS NOT REPORTED WILL INCUR A FINE OF $1000 PER PERSON, PER NIGHT STARTING AT 9 PM. ➤ NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: A $1000 penalty will be imposed for any unauthorized parties on the property. Any clogging due to food particles is subject to a $500 fee or more to get it fixed. Please properly throw away trash in the bins.
