Perfectly designed for a cozy retreat, offering a modern and serene escape after a day of exploring. Aqua Vista is located on the first floor. Friendly tenants live upstairs, so you may occasionally see them occupying the front of the house. However, your Airbnb has its own private entrance, so you can come and go easily without any interaction. This is also a non-smoking property Guest access The day before you arrive, the host will send you everything you need for a smooth check-in! This will include directions, your access code, and parking instructions (if needed), as the driveway is shared. Other things to note Aqua Vista is just a 25-minute drive from NYC! If you prefer public transit, the Metro-North station in Bronxville is only 10 minutes away and will take you straight to Grand Central in about 25-30 minutes. Plus, you’ll be close to a beautiful golf course and two great shopping spots—Cross County Mall and Ridge Hill—perfect for dining, shopping, and entertainment! This is a non-smoking apartment. Please do not smoke inside the apartment. Entertainment: - There are two TVs at the Airbnb. One in the living room and another in the main bedroom. - If you decide to add your own credentials to an app on the TVs, please ensure to sign out before checking out. - There are game options found at the fireplace stand. Kitchen: - The fridge has a built-in water and ice filter. - How to use the stove: To turn on the stove, press the “Cook top” icon on the left side of the panel. Then place the pot or pan on the marked areas. The panel will then indicate how you can adjust the temperature. Restroom: - We kindly ask not to flush things down the toilet, including toilet paper. This is mainly to take precautions to prevent erosion in our pipes. Flushing toilet paper occasionally is fine, just make sure it's not all the time.
