Sea view-> sea, beach, city center

Enjoy an unforgettable experience with your stay by the sea! No, not just by the sea, but for the feeling of being in the sea. Due to its location on the longest Boulevard in the Netherlands (with beautiful clean and safe beaches) and the fact that both the sea-water line and the fairway are nowhere in the Netherlands so close to the coast, it seems as if you are on a ship yourself when you look outside. Every day, the combination of the sea, air and clouds is a play of colors, with the setting sun as the finale. The space How about waking up to the sea view and the sound of the waves? On top of the 5-story building is a sunny (south-facing) roof terrace of 40 square meters with plenty of seating to sunbathe and/or enjoy the sea view (from high altitude, with high safe fence). The house contains 3 bathrooms, 2 full kitchens and 2 living areas. The ground floor (at boulevard level) can be used as a full-fledged residential unit by, for example, elderly guests and can be closed off from the rest of the property. We'll take you through the house. The house has 2 entrances, on Noordzeestraat and on (higher on the dike level Boulevard de Ruyter). We start the tour at the back (Noordzeestraat). Via a straight staircase, you come to the first floor with a double room with double bed and a triple room (double bed + single bed). In addition, this floor contains a bathroom with shower and toilet. Via the stairs, you reach the second floor (ground floor level from the main entrance). This floor contains a full-fledged residential unit and is suitable for, for example, elderly people who cannot always walk stairs. This second floor (from Noordzeestraat) contains a living area (with sitting area +TV), a double sofa bed, a full kitchen (of course with all comforts and very nice sea views), a dining table and a bathroom with shower and toilet. This floor can be used for 4 people (double bed + double sofa bed). This floor also includes an outdoor seating area with a hardwood sofa and chairs to be added. Via a staircase you reach the third floor (1st floor from boulevard level). This floor contains a spacious living room (with panoramic sea views) and a second complete kitchen. The south-facing side of the living room consists entirely of windows (which can of course be opened. The window sills lend themselves to sitting and enjoying the view. In the living room there is a spacious double sofa bed. The next staircase leads to the fourth floor (2nd floor from boulevard level). This floor contains a bedroom for 3 people (bunk bed and single bed), a toilet, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with double bed. Through wide French doors you will reach the sunny balcony. The last staircase leads to the large sunny roof terrace (safely shielded with high windows of more than one and a half meters high) with large lounge sofas and especially (partly due to the height) an unforgettable view over the sea, but also (back) over the old city. Guest access All rooms and spaces can be used except for a single (cleaning) closet that is locked. Other things to note In addition to the house itself (the house is an experience in itself), there is also a lot to do in the area, both the beach, the sea, the shopping center and the historic center, are all within walking distance (at most a few minutes walk). The area offers more than enough for all ages. You will be staying in an accommodation that is located directly by the sea (boulevard). The boulevard is over 2.5 kilometers long with many restaurants, beautiful (hanging) terraces, quiet, sprawling beaches, but also busier beaches with beach restaurants, beach surveillance, rental chairs. From the boulevard to Zoutelande and further towards Westkapelle and Domburg, many kilometers of stretched (quiet and busier) beaches can be found. Also great to take a nice beach walk with your feet in the water. The beaches of Vlissingen are (unique for the Netherlands, as many beaches are west or north facing) located on the south and sun facing, so that in addition to enjoying the sun, you can also admire the ships passing by (close to the coast). The accommodation is located 50 meters from the Bellamypark (square with many restaurants and cafes). The city center is easily accessible on foot (directly behind Bellamypark). There are also plenty of activities for children. In addition to beach visits, there are play paradises, reptile zoos, museums and a large cinema/theater with 9 halls in the immediate vicinity (all within walking distance). Since the house is located directly by the sea + at the city center/historical center + directly at the Bellamypark (restaurants/terraces), there is paid parking in the immediate vicinity (EUR 2 per hour). It is also possible to use a parking card through the owner for EUR 8 (on a nightly basis based on availability). With the aforementioned parking card, you can park on the entire Boulevard and the residential area behind it. The tourist tax is €3.37 p.p.p.n. and is not included in the rental price, please pay upon arrival. The deposit of €500 is also to be paid (in cash or by payment request) upon arrival and will be transferred to your bank account a few days after departure.
