Recently renovated, Apartamento Pitaya is a pure concept, this accommodation is simply enthralling, with super trendy colors, decoration by famous artists, and an instagrammable design that makes this space completely different, in addition to being an eye candy for architecture lovers, it is spacious and complete, with living room, kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom, it is a project executed by the architect Renato Mendonça, who was right in every choice. For everyone's safety, the Building requires guests to send their document before arrival. After booking, you must send us a photo of all guests' IDs. It is not permitted to receive visitors. Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is until 11:00 am. If you need more flexibility, please ask us and we will check availability. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or common areas of the Building. If this occurs, an extra night will be charged. Our opening hours are from 08:30 to 23:00. After this time we do not have online support. Vale do Anhangabaú is a cultural space and occasionally hosts events, especially on weekends. The apartment is located about 500m from where the events take place, and you may hear some noise on these days. NOTE: The apartment does not have a wardrobe or closet, only a clothes rack.
