SMOKERS ARE NOT WELCOME 🚭 The space The project was born from the dream of photographer Lucas, who, after visiting more than 20 countries and being an avid Airbnb user, combined all his experience in a wide range of accommodations around the world and decided to create a series of unique seasonal stays and distinctive experiences for visitors. Every corner was designed to offer the greatest comfort and convenience to guests. As a good photographer, the project's creator also thought that all the spaces in the accommodation are great for that beautiful special photo! Inside the apartment, on the first floor, you will enjoy: - Queen size bed wrapped in a beautiful lace canopy and 600 thread count bedding; - Samsung 43-inch Smart TV; - Delightful immersion bathtub next to the bed with hot water; - A bathroom with a gas shower with plenty of pressure and a giant mirror great for a selfie; - A balcony overlooking the sunset and the araucaria trees in the building's garden. On the second floor: - Panoramic terrace overlooking the sunset, table with two chairs and sun lounger; - A mini pantry equipped with a minibar, microwave, electric kettle, plus: dishes, glasses, bowls, cutlery and all the utensils for a quick meal. We have beautiful utensils to set up that cinematic table! The region is super well served by restaurants and delivery. We are 1 km from the Cadore gastronomic center. - Large dining table for two people. In the building's common area: - Covered and private parking space; - Collective terrace with panoramic city and sunset views; - Garden in the back of the building; - Full laundry with washer and dryer. Guest access Although the apartment is on the third floor, as it is at the back of the building due to the unevenness of the land it seems to be on the sixth floor, having a privileged view and with a lot of privacy. Without climbing too many stairs! Other things to note The apartment has a covered parking space in the basement with a good size and easy to enter, but large trucks may have a little trouble maneuvering! If you prefer, the street is also very secondary and quiet, there is always a space right in front of the building and you can stop on both sides. The region is very well served with deliverys and restaurants! We do not have air conditioning, but the property is well ventilated and we make available a quiet fan and a heater!
