Vacation home with infrared sauna

This centrally located house for up to 6 people is tastefully decorated and has an infrared sauna. 12 min walk from downtown and the train station. There is a bedroom with a double bed. The attic space has a double bed and 2 single beds. Bed sheets and towels are included. The house has a small city garden. At 500m there is a garage box to possibly place your bikes. There is 1 bathroom with 1 toilet on the ground floor. The stairs to the bedrooms are steep. The space Vacation home "Huis 14" is a townhouse in the shadow of the Sint-Jan Berchmanskerk and school De Parel, an old monastery school. These two elements create a nostalgic atmosphere and have certainly contributed to obtaining the title "Most Beautiful Street of Mechelen." Cleaning, electricity/water consumption and use of towels/sheets are included in the price. Ground floor: Entryway Dining area Living room/salon Frida Bathroom Kitchen City garden 1st floor: Bedroom with double bed (180cm x 210cm) Walk-through room with infrared cabin. 2nd floor, attic: Bedroom with a double bed (180 cm x 210 cm) and 2 single beds (90 cm x 210 cm) Note: Our vacation home has 2 fairly steep stairs! To go to the 2nd floor, there is an open staircase, with a handrail on 2 sides. You reach the attic via a steep attic staircase, but with a handrail. This must of course be taken into account when you come to stay with small children or to go to the toilet at night (toilet is on the ground floor). Ground floor: Once past the entrance hall, you will arrive directly in the dining area, where you can dine comfortably. A little further on, the sitting area in salon Frida invites you to relax. The bathroom has a separate toilet, a walk-in shower and a sink with 2 sinks. In the kitchen, you can prepare your own dishes on an induction stove, in the oven or opt for a reheated meal in the microwave. Of course, you will also find a refrigerator and freezer here. At the rear of the house, you can find a small seating area to enjoy the afternoon sun or walk through to the sunny city garden with dining table, matching chairs and a gas BBQ. In the storage room, there is a combo washer/dryer and ironing board with iron.  Second floor bedroom: This graceful room offers the necessary tranquility to completely relax and be ready for a new adventure the next morning. (Double bed 180 cm x 210 cm). The back room on the first floor is a walk-through room to go to the second floor. Here you will find an infrared cabin to relax. Second floor Loft:  In this open space, you can dream away with 4 people from distant places. This attic space has:  Double bed 180cm x 210cm 2 x single beds 90cm x 200cm Guest access Guests have access to the entire home. Other things to note Free parking is available in the street with a blue parking disc. This is for a maximum of 2 hours each time. If you want to park for free for longer, you can park the car in one of the streets where no parking disc is required, about a 5-minute walk from the house. Bring your bikes, then you can put them in the garage box about 500m from the house.
