I am renting out a guest room with a 55-inch bed in my modernly furnished house. The house is about 160 m2 and there is plenty of parking space. Outside, you will find a large covered terrace, as well as a pool (only usable in summer). The house is not suitable for cat allergy sufferers, as I have a cat that is in the common areas. If necessary, there is also a second guest room, but there is a weight-training station close to the bed there.
