The bright entry has a big double-door closet for all your beach gear, and a super fun original 1960s built-in that gives the space that laid-back, mid-century vibe from the start. LIVING & DINING This is where everyone ends up. The dining area flows into a light-filled living room with vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, and that easy, open feel you want on vacation. There’s a classic brick fireplace for cozy nights, but the real star is the wall of windows and sliders that open to the patio—morning coffee, kids playing, doors wide open kind of living. KITCHEN The kitchen is updated but unfussy, with tiled counters and a breakfast bar that’s perfect for quick breakfasts before heading out or snacks in between adventures. It’s fully stocked so you can cook when you want… or not. BEDROOMS Down the hall, two calm, comfortable bedrooms are ready when you are. Think soft beds, blackout curtains, and that quiet, tucked-away feeling that makes it easy to recharge after a full day out. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home and the driveway to park. There will be no one else on the property, unless otherwise discussed with you in advance. All 30+ day stays require mid stay cleaning by our professional housekeeping team. This is a full clean of the house and change of linens. We pay our cleaners a fair, livable wage and we always strive to hire the best, most reliable and honest cleaners in the business. This team in the backbone of our company, and they work tirelessly to ensure every stay is a clean one! Other things to note We want you and all future guests to have a easy and fuss free time at the property. In order to insure the best experience we would kindly like you to note the following. There is a 10-day grace period to return any items taken from the home at check-out ( garage remotes, etc). Replacement costs will be charged to guests if items are not received within 10 days of check-out. This is a non-smoking/vaping property. Any violation of the no-smoking/vaping policy will result in a $250 fine. Should the property require extra cleaning a charge of $50-$200 will result depending on the condition of the property. Extra cleaning may include; extra dishes, extra laundry, excessive trash, smoke smell or strong odors, or a very messy place. Should damage to the property including damaged furniture occur, guests will be notified of replacement or repair costs. Similarly, should our cleaning crew need to wait at the door for guests to check out past check out time of 11 am, guests will incur a charge of $50 for every 20 mins.
