The space The apartment is located in the Soho San Martin building on the 7th floor, with an internal view that guarantees tranquility and rest. It has 2 bedrooms and a total of 3 beds, ideal for families, friends or business travelers. It has 2 full bathrooms, storage area, laundry inside the same apartment, and parking. The kitchen is fully stocked to prepare your favorite meals. It also includes cable TV, Smart TV, hot water and everything you need for a comfortable and carefree stay. Guest access A passport or ID must be presented at reception in order to enter the building. (It cannot be a driver's license since in Peru it is not valid as identification) To use the garage, you must notify the doorman to give you access (we will provide you with a phone to communicate) Other things to note 1. You can use the common areas, only the co-working and the gym. 2. It is important to know that both bathrooms cannot be used simultaneously with hot water as the pressure does not allow it 3. We want to ask you a small favor to take care of the apartment during your stay. Since our city has high humidity levels, especially in winter, it is important to ventilate the spaces well every day. This helps prevent moisture build-up and the possible appearance of mold. Just opening the windows a few minutes a day is enough. Your help makes a big difference!
