The main living areas, kitchen, bathroom, and floors are all brand new, with large sliding doors to welcome the outside. Minutes from wine tasting, dining, and recreation. Cashmere antique malls are nearby, and there is world-class mountain biking, snow skiing, and hiking. The space Our open-concept home has views from every angle of the main living areas and master bedroom. The living area has amazing views of Columbia River Gorge, Mission Ridge Ski area, and Wenatchee Valley, plus an easy-to-use fireplace for comfort and ambiance anytime. Outdoors, you will find an in-ground swimming pool (open SUMMER ONLY, typically Memorial Day - end of September), a large hot tub, a gas grill, and plenty of room to relax and enjoy your getaway. Our pool is heated by the sun; we do not have a pool heater now. Relax in the large primary bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed while taking in the commanding views of the Columbia River Cascade Mountain range. The primary bath has a jacuzzi tub, shower, and large closet. The second bedroom also has a comfy queen-size bed. The third bedroom has bunk beds (twin over double) and an extra day bed for relaxing. There is also a bonus room, so the whole crew can spread out. The kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking adventures, and food delivery is nearby for those who prefer to let someone else take care of the cooking. Grocery shopping services are available (Instacart) if you prefer to arrive with a fully stocked fridge. There is plenty of space for playing outside! Bring badminton, bocce, basketball, skateboards (helmets, please), golf clubs, soccer, and much more! Event planning services are available. Guest access Our home is set on 2.6 acres of hilly pasture. During your stay, you are welcome to use all of our home, the yard, and the driveway. There is a barn on the property, but it is not for guest use, and we ask that you stay out of it. Other things to note Our home is set in a peaceful, quiet area in the hills outside Wenatchee. We value the serenity, and we think you will enjoy the calm surroundings. To respect the other residents, we do not allow parties at our home and ask that our guests keep noise to a minimum.
