The open layout gives couples, families, and friends a comfortable place to gather while keeping Cashmere’s dining, shopping, and outdoor recreation close at hand. LIVING, DINING & KITCHEN The open living area features comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and an electric fireplace. Step onto the deck to enjoy fresh air and views of the river. The adjoining kitchen offers generous counter space and an island with seating, keeping meal preparation connected to the living and dining areas. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS - Primary bedroom: king bed and en suite bathroom - Bedroom 2: king bed - Living room: sofa bed BATHROOMS Bathroom 1: private en suite bathroom attached to the primary bedroom Bathroom 2: full bathroom located near the second bedroom NEARBY HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE: - Restaurants and local shops within walking distance - Riverfront Park, with a riverside path, playground, and whitewater rafting takeout - Devil’s Gulch mountain biking trails - Hiking and rock climbing at Peshastin Pinnacles State Park - A Link Transit stop is located nearby on the main road. The free bus service connects Cashmere with Leavenworth, Wenatchee, and surrounding communities, offering an alternative to driving and parking. Guest access Self check-in via electronic keypad, making it easy to settle in from the moment you arrive. Parking is available for a maximum of 2 vehicles. 4 slot Tesla charging station is located in the covered front parking area. Other things to note Maximum occupancy is 6 guests, including infants and children. The home is situated beside the Wenatchee River. Rivers can have swift and unpredictable currents, so children must be closely supervised near the water. The deck and balcony have secure railings, but children should still be supervised in these areas. We manage another suite in the same building that accommodates up to 6 guests. Guests traveling with a larger group may ask about reserving both suites, subject to availability. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered for guests with previous positive reviews. For the comfort of future guests and in consideration of our neighbors, smoking, parties, and events are prohibited. Travel insurance is strongly recommended, particularly for winter and summer stays. Weather and travel conditions can be unpredictable, and the cancellation policy will be enforced.
