The space The King Master room has a new comfy bed with plenty of pillows, natural lighting, extra closet space, and a new smart roku TV. We've included window AC units in each room. The second bedroom has a new queen bed and a bunk bed allowing 4 people to sleep here. There is also a new Roku TV in this room and plenty of closet space. There is a window AC unit here as well. These rooms share a new, modern full bathroom with soaking tub/shower and plenty of hooks for all your towels! Beach or bath! In the living room you'll find ample natural lighting with trees and water view abound! Two large couches and end chairs fit everyone comfortably for a board game or a movie night perhaps? We've fully stocked the kitchen for your home cooked meal needs and have updated the dinning dining space to accommodate 6. The large picture windows offer trees and sunlight around the dining space! Enjoy your waterfront patio with a mature pine tree making you feel like you are amongst the giants! There is always someone floating by Sand Creek during the summer for you to enjoy! Guest access The entire condo is available to our guests. The laundry room is near the lowest floor of the common area. The backyard grass and docks are also available to our guests. Other things to note The washer and dryer is in common area room, accessed via a key in your unit. Detergent provided.
