Guests staying in building 8 have exclusive access to the rooftop amenities, including a hot tub, sitting pool, social club, covered outdoor bar with TV and infrared heaters, BBQs, Smoker, and a private fitness room. The building is also equipped with a Pilates Reformer, Sauna, and Shake Plate. This four-bedroom condo has  King beds in both of the primary Master bedrooms. The third bedroom has a queen bed and the fourth bedroom is a bunk bed with a twin on top and a full on the bottom. It also features a fully equipped kitchen with a gas cooktop, spices, and coffee maker. A living area with a large TV and a beautiful gas fireplace. Underground parking is provided for two cars. Guests can enjoy a short walk to town, City Beach, or explore the Pend Oreille Bay Trail located next to The Seasons. Schweitzer Mountain is only a 30-minute drive away. All guests at The Seasons can enjoy other amenities, such as a large heated pool and an additional hot tub at The Retreat Center. The beach, marina, and swimming area are also accessible. Marina slips are available at an additional cost, inquire. The Wildflower Spa is situated on the third floor of the Retreat Center. Remember to call in advance to schedule your services. The Pend Oreille Bay Trail is located on the North end of the building, right out the front door. It is a 3.3-mile moderately trafficked and dog-friendly trail. *This condo does have an adjoining door if you wish to book both for a larger party.
