Take it easy at this unique and tranquil get away. Private, cozy log cabin on 3 forested acres with hot tub and gorgeous panoramic view of Lake Pend Orielle! An open great room & well stocked kitchen lets you see the surrounding beauty as you share this rustic retreat with family and friends. 5 min to Garfield Bay, 15 min to Sandpoint, 30 min to Silverwood and 40 min to Schweitzer Mountain. A perfect North Idaho get away! The space Main (middle) level has kitchen, dining, access to master king bedroom and bathroom.There is a living room with slider and access to hot tub and deck and views. Top level has spacious loft with movie projector that you can stream your shows from your streaming accounts. Loft has board games, books, CD/cassette/radio with classical CD music provided. This area has a rocking chair, twin size futon next to a stationery couch. There is also a couch that makes out into a full size bed. Lower level has a third living room with books, wood stove and slider to outdoor patio. This level also has a laundry room and the other master queen bedroom and bathroom, Guest access Entire cabin/house Other things to note We highly recommend having chains and 4WD during winter. The roads are usually well taken care of, as is the long driveway to the cabin. However, with unforeseen temperature changes it can be icy. **County does not allow for events/parties. Thank you Pellet stove on middle level is not currently working. Furnace heats the cabin up nicely. We apologize for any inconvenience. Hot Tub: We ask that guests to do the following: ***For proper sanitation and working order, please put the contents one container of chlorine into hot tub every day after everyone is finished using it. Run the jets and close the lid after adding it. (Avoid using tub after adding for several hours.) Please keep the containers indoors as freezing temps destroy the chemical properties. We have pre-measured chlorine in small containers to make it easy. Please keep away from pets and children.Thank you.
