The space Our 1200 sqft guesthouse, with an open floor plan, is nestled privately behind our primary residence on a fully fenced half-acre lot. Relax on the spacious patio deck, perfect for dining, unwinding, or soaking up the sun. Enjoy visits overhead from pelicans, herons, and eagles or be visited by a neighborhood bunny foraging in the grass. Guest access Guests have access to the entire guest house, patio, yard, and bicycles (at your own risk, with helmets provided), but please note that the pool and pergola are permanently closed and unavailable for guest use. Other things to note We have lived in this beloved part of Seattle our entire lives. After moving into our home in 2012, we focused on raising our three boys and, in late 2022, decided to transform our guest house into a modern retreat.
