The space The villa will be ready for your arrival with bed linens, a bath towel, and a shower towel per person for your stay. It features an open-plan kitchen and living area, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils and includes a dishwasher. In the living room, you’ll find a large TV and a comfortable sofa — perfect for moments of relaxation. The bathroom includes a washing machine, and the shower is fitted with dispensers for shower gel and shampoo. The villa is fully air-conditioned. Eco-conscious guests will appreciate the saltwater pool system, which ensures natural and environmentally friendly disinfection, as well as the functioning solar panels. Outside, there’s a spacious patio with a dining table and a terrace where you can enjoy stunning sunsets. A barbecue is also available in the garden for your exclusive use. Both the villa and the pool are for the exclusive use of guests. A private parking space is included. Guest access To access the villa, the following check-in steps must be completed: – Provide a valid identification document for each guest – Sign a short-term rental agreement corresponding to the duration of your stay – Settle the tourist tax of €1,50 per person per night. Once the check-in process is completed, you will receive the access instructions and key collection codes on the day of your arrival. If preferred, you may check in with a member of our team between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM upon prior notice. Other things to note The host can provide a crib and high chair upon request. Early check-in and/or late check-out requests must be agreed upon and approved by the host. We kindly ask you to communicate such requests in advance, so we can do our best to accommodate your needs.
