You will receive the access code for the smart lock on the day of your arrival. Other things to note House Rules- Please read before booking: The booking guest must be staying for the duration of the booking. Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at [3:00P.M MST], and check-out is at [11:00A.M MST]. Please let us know if you need any adjustments. No Smoking: This is a smoke-free property. Please refrain from smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, drugs or use of illegal substances anywhere on the property. Pets: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets. Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during quiet hours from [9:00P.M MST] to [6:00A.M MST]. Guest: No unregistered guest allowed. If a guest brings more people than were booked, the reservation may be canceled or a fee charged at the discretion of the host. Max Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is [4], please do not exceed this limit. All children and infants are considered guests and must be included in the occupancy count which cannot exceed 4. Parties and Events: No parties or events are allowed. Kitchen/Suite Use: Leave the suite tidy with the dishes clean and put away. It should be left the way you found it. Turn off the stove and oven after each use. Please, no outdoor shoes beyond entry door. Fire: Please no open fire like candles or similar (Fire Hazard). Damage and Breakage: Please report any damage or breakage immediately. You may be responsible for repairs or replacements. Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Wi-Fi Access: Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi. Please respect the network security and refrain from illegal downloads/activities Trash Disposal: Please dispose of trash in the designated bins. Appliances and Lightings: Switch off lightings and electronic devices. Turn off heating and ventilation fan when leaving the suite. Please close all window and doors when leaving the suite. Parking We provide complimentary parking in our driveway for your convenience. Please park on the right side of the driveway. You’re also welcome to use the free street parking available.
