Frost is one of five thoughtfully designed tiny homes at Notestone Reserve, inspired by the work of Robert Frost. Designed for couples or solo travelers, this lofted tiny home features a queen bed, a well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable indoor spaces for relaxed evenings. Step outside to enjoy your own private hot tub and seating area, surrounded by the peaceful woods of the Hocking Hills. Guest access Guests have full, private access to the cabin during their stay. You’ll also have access to the shared community game room, which features a large TV, pool table, basketball arcade game, and classic arcade machines. The tiny home is part of Notestone Reserve, so you may see other guests on the grounds from time to time, while still enjoying your own private indoor and outdoor spaces. The property is intentionally arranged to offer a welcoming shared atmosphere while still providing private outdoor spaces and a peaceful sense of retreat. 📶 Connectivity Free satellite WiFi is provided, but connectivity can be spotty due to our remote location. Many guests enjoy the opportunity to unplug and reconnect with nature. Refunds are not issued for WiFi interruptions. 🌿 Natural Setting Our home is located in a wooded area. While we maintain regular pest control, occasional sightings of insects or small critters are possible and are a normal part of being in nature. ⚠️ House Rules • No parties or events (including bachelor/bachelorette parties); no glitter • Only registered guests may enter the property • No smoking, vaping, fireworks, ATVs, hunting, or weapons • No commercial photography or videography without written approval • Hot tub: use striped towels only, keep cover on when not in use, avoid temperature changes • Septic system: flush toilet paper only; no garbage disposal 📋 Additional Notes All guests must sign a renter agreement prior to arrival.
