An oasis in the middle of nature, it mixes the countryside with the beach. The house is very spacious, rustic and cozy architecture, in a quiet environment. Well equipped for cooking, barbecuing, with hammocks, fireplace and garden with shower. Perfect place to rest, enjoy as a couple, with family and friends. Praia Brava is a refuge: small and with tree shadows! Calm waters, sometimes offering space for surfing. Access is by walking for about 10 minutes. Delicious connection with nature! The space The house has spaces integrated on different levels, with 3 bedrooms: - an upstairs en-suite - one bedroom, on the ground floor, with a bunk bed and a single bed - a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed Between the two bedrooms on the ground floor, there are two bathrooms. All have a glass shower and a niche in the wall. It has an open mezzanine where the home office is located (table and comfortable chair) and has a single bed. The kitchen is equipped and integrated with the glazed lunch/dining room, connected to a large terrace with barbecue and garden. The inner room with a fireplace is connected to a large balcony, which gives access to the living room on the lower floor, with a table, chairs and hammocks, plus a space integrated with greenery! In the garden, there is a shower with stone walls, a delightful little corner! IMPORTANT to note that as the house is on different integrated levels, it has STAIRS, both inside the house and in the garden. The photos show these stairs, which gives you a good idea of what it's like inside and out. Guest access The entire house is at the guests' disposal. Other things to note More INFORMATION about the house and TIPS about the surroundings and tours! - INFORMATION - 1. To get to the house, there are stairs in the garden and, as it is on different integrated levels, there are internal stairs as well. It is important to consider the stairs for the elderly with mobility issues. 2. All outlets are 110V. There is a 220 on the balcony (it is indicated). 3. It has great Wi-Fi. 4. The two double bedrooms have a ceiling fan, and there is a floor fan for the room with the bunk bed + 1 bed. 5. There are pillows for all guests. All mattresses and pillows have white linings. There are blankets, if you need to warm up!, which are in the mezzanine closet. IMPORTANT: Guests need to bring bedding and bath towels. 6. In the closet in the hallway, in front of the bathrooms on the ground floor, there are bath mats/floors. In the bathrooms, there is soap and toilet paper. 7. The kitchen is well equipped, and the places of things are marked with labels. It has: a thermos coffee bottle, filter holder, plates, cutlery, knives and utensils, glasses, cups, pots, boards, barbecue utensils, blender, sandwich maker, mixer, electric oven and microwave. American games, towels and dishcloths. 8. If you want, bring a stereo. There is no TV. 9. There are four beach chairs and a sun umbrella that can be used by guests. But remember that the beach has many shadows from the trees. 10. There are 3 hammocks in a basket in the living room that can be hung on the balcony or in the lower lounge. 11. There is a laundry sink and clotheslines (floor and suspended), a washing machine and a clothes dryer. 13. Firewood in the fireplace – always remember to put the protective grid in front of the fireplace while it is lit or with embers, as the floor is wooden. 14. The house has always been used by the family, and now, after a major renovation with a new roof and new paint, we decided to continue renting. As it is in the Brava Beach valley, where there are other houses, including residents' homes, it is important to take care not to make excessive noise late at night. The surroundings are peaceful and quiet. 15. IMPORTANT As the house is on different integrated levels, there are STAIRS, both inside the house and in the garden. The photos show these stairs, which give you a good idea of what it's like inside and out. 16. On the beach, there is a kiosk that is open seasonally, the Palmira kiosk, which has a famous shrimp pastry, some portions, beer and caipirinha. Sometimes, a tapioca kiosk also opens. The beach is a haven without much commerce or movement, and may have more people on holidays. 17. On the way to the beach is the very small Mercadinho Caiçara, which makes deliveries. But if you want something very specific, it is important to take it or order it at the Paulista supermarket on Lázaro beach or your preferred one. There is the Vila Caiçara Restaurant with hamburgers, dishes and pizzas, also available for delivery. - TIPS - 1. You can take many nice walks starting from the house. Such as going to the natural pools in Paria da Fortaleza, snorkeling, walking on the pontoon, having lunch there enjoying the Caiçara cuisine at the “Casinha do Vovô Almiro” Restaurant. Or, starting from Fortaleza and taking the Seven Beaches Trail, stopping at the Bonete bars and going to Lagoinha or taking a boat at Bonete and returning to Praia da Fortaleza or Brava. 2. The tour can be longer, go to the Ubatuba aquarium, fish market, craft fairs… or even Paraty and stop at the waterfalls and beaches along the way!!! It's wonderful!
