For your maximum comfort in every season, the accommodation is equipped with air conditioning (AC) for the summer and excellent underfloor heating for the winter. The sleeping area includes a refined breakfast area with a Carrara marble top, equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, Kitchenaid kettle, electric oven, microwave, Kitchenaid toaster, 45 cm dishwasher and Lavazza "A Modo Mio" espresso machine. Two exclusive outdoor spaces The accommodation offers two outdoor spaces that enhance the experience: The garden/courtyard: An area partially shared with another suite, but well separated by a hedge of plants. Your private corner is furnished with a mosaic coffee table and two white vintage iron armchairs, right in front of the separate entrance. The internal patio (Chiostrina): Completely private and accessible only to you. This covered cloister, which connects the bedroom to the bathroom, ensuring maximum privacy, is a jewel in the Mediterranean style with emerald green Sicilian terracotta cladding and an authentic Moroccan zellige floor (purchased online in Morocco). It is furnished with a zellige tile coffee table, plants, colored lanterns, a travertine hand wash basin with a brass faucet, and a laundry area equipped with a washing machine. Perfect for a coffee, a sandwich, vaping, or just relaxing. Location, tranquility, and some outside noise The accommodation is located along the route of the renowned Tram 8, on a residential street in a "Protected Nature Reserve," with free access by car and free street parking (no limited traffic area [ZTL]). It is well isolated from road traffic, with fresh, clean air, away from the chaos of shops and pubs in the historic center. Since it is located near a sports center, there may be noise from gymnastics classes or the swimming pool, which is heard more intensely in the outdoor areas (courtyard and small cloister) and can last until 11:00 p.m. Inside the house, however, the noise is kept to a minimum thanks to excellent double-glazed windows. If you are sensitive to noise, we invite you to think carefully before booking for that reason; however, the evening acoustic experience is very similar to that of the city center, but without the hustle and bustle of people. Maximum safety For your complete peace of mind, all windows and doors are equipped with patented safety grilles and double insect screens. The courtyard and the small cloister are entirely fenced and protected by private gates. The area is quiet and controlled, with farmhouses and properties of important people.
