The HALF is a charming, 415 sqft tiny house. Designed by a local architect, it has a bohemian California desert ambiance. Cactus and succulents in and around the house for a real California feel. It is now a 30-day or more rental through airbnb. Please message the host for weekly stays or if you want to discuss other times. Dogs are welcome in the HALF, with an enclosed yard. The space It's a full, one bedroom tiny house. There is a full kitchen, dining for two, where The HALF provides a french press for coffee. The living room has a couch that folds out to a queen bed, a record player with records and a desk you can work at. There's a full walk-in closet for clothes and storage. A smart TV is in the bedroom with all streaming platforms. There's also dedicated Internet Wi-Fi with a super fast connection and strong signal. We love dogs. They are certainly welcome with a one time fee. Located in the historic residential neighborhood of West Adams, The HALF is safe and quiet with plenty of street parking. it's also closest to the metro Expo line and the metro pink K line that takes you almost to the airport. Guest access You have full access of The HALF and use of the yard. The patio has a small sitting/dining area for you to enjoy a meal or a smoke. (no smoking inside the house, outside only). Your dog is free to roam the enclosed yard, and The HALF provides a pooper scooper for you to clean up after them. (pet fees apply) A charcoal Weber grill is provided in a spacious fenced-in yard that you can have a party if you'd like (additional cleaning charges apply, must abide by local noise laws) . There are also two bikes available for rent with a safe bike lane along the Metro Expo Line. Other things to note Dogs are welcome. Please let us know if you plan on bringing your dog. there's a one time fee involved. Smoking and 420 friendly, just not inside the house. The patio is in our enclosed backyard.
