Built in stone and furnished in a rustic style, this spacious villa welcomes you with all the warm simplicity of local tradition, without sacrificing comfort. Inside, you will find a living room with a sitting area, TV and dining table, a fully equipped kitchen to make you feel truly at home, a bathroom and three bedrooms: two double bedrooms and one with two single beds – perfect for hosting families or groups of friends. But it is outdoors that Villa Musetti reveals all its magic: a covered patio for lunches in the shade and long evenings with friends, while in the large garden, sun loungers, a swing, a masonry barbecue and an outdoor shower complete this peaceful haven within walking distance of the sea. Guest access Guests can access all areas of the house. Other things to note ONLINE CHECK-IN AND DOCUMENTS: 7 days before your arrival, you will receive a link to check in online. It is a mandatory step by law: it will allow you to upload the IDs of all guests and sign the tourist rental agreement in just a few clicks. ACCOMMODATION TAX: The municipal tax is €1.50 per person per night, applied only for the first 7 nights. Children under 12 years of age and residents are exempt. You can conveniently pay it online via the check-in link or directly upon arrival. PARKING: You can park a car on the property. Street parking near the property is free. GARBAGE MANAGEMENT: Garbage is collected directly in front of the house during the night or early in the morning. Inside the accommodation, you will find a detailed calendar with all the instructions for properly separating waste. Please follow it carefully. LINEN: We provide a set of 3 towels for each guest, and you will find the beds already made upon your arrival. Tablecloths and tea towels for the kitchen are also available. We are not allowed to provide a change service or additional linens. Therefore, if you plan to need them, we recommend that you bring any additional changes with you.
