Green Room at Alto Laranjeiras

Charming green room in Laranjeiras, located on a quiet cul-de-sac with a 24-hour guardhouse. It has a backyard with an exuberant view of Christ the Redeemer. Historic neighborhood with free cultural events almost daily. Close to Corcovado, with diverse local commerce, from bars to markets, within a 500-meter radius. Easy access to the south zone (Botafogo, Ipanema, Copacabana) and downtown (Glória, Lapa). After a break for construction, we invite you to spend your stay with us! (SEP/25) The space The house is large, has a dining and living room, plus a kitchen and a shared office downstairs. On the second floor, we have the green room for rent with a shared bathroom. The floor has three more bedrooms, two of which share a bathroom. The backyard has a balcony with a leisure area, a swimming pool, garden and barbecue grill. The preferred use is daytime in order to preserve the house and the neighborhood. We have several different plants, from cacti and succulents to flowers and lemon trees. Outside, there is an attached house with two bedrooms with a bathroom and a service area. In short, it's a big house, well-lit and with privacy for everyone. Guest access The living room areas, backyard, kitchen and bathroom are freely accessible to the guest. The house has a staircase and the bedroom is on the second floor. Other things to note The house is located on a small 150-meter slope. Parking is on the street, during business hours there are few spaces, but there is usually plenty of space for parking at other times.
