New apartment in Valencia

Modern 1-bedroom apartment located in front of the City of Arts and Sciences of Valencia on a quiet street without traffic. It has a 1.80 double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a spacious shower. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed (1.40). The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker and everything you need if you want to cook. The apartment has a washing machine and iron for clothes, a Smart HD LED TV and free WiFi. The space Modern apartment with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with walk-in shower. The bedroom separated from the living room by a sliding door offers privacy. The open-plan living/dining room/kitchen has a sofa bed that can be converted into a 1.40 cm bed. The apartment is on the first floor, at street level, overlooking the city. With large windows overlooking the street, with opaque curtains (no blinds). A quiet residential street where you can find a place to park with some ease. Towels and bedding are provided for all guests. If 2 guests are staying and need to use the sofa bed, please indicate this in the reservation to provide bedding. Guest access There is no luggage storage. It does not have common areas. A basic welcome cleaning kit, shower gel and hand soap are provided. Travel crib and/or high chair upon request. Subject to availability. There is no private parking. The apartment is located on a quiet street where you can park for free. There are also free parking spaces on the surrounding streets. Other things to note The apartment and the apartment building has a keyless entry system for your convenience. Your unique door code allows you access to all these areas. Entrance to the apartment is inside the main building. Please use your code on the small key pad at the front door and once inside please enter your code again on the apartment door key pad, turn the handle and push open the door. A polite reminder that quiet hours are from 11 pm to 9 am. Please respect other guests in the building by keeping noise levels to a minimum. Smoking or vaping inside the property is strictly not allowed and we do not accept pets.
