Guest access Guests have full use of the property. When facing away from the main road, our property encompasses everything to the left of the gravel driveway extending down to the creek. Feel free to grab a provided hammock or a camping chair and find a quiet spot to relax! Please note: For the comfort and clarity of all guests, we are unable to offer refunds for weather-related issues. Because weather in the mountains can be unpredictable, we encourage guests to consider adding Airbnb’s travel insurance at checkout for extra peace of mind. Other things to note We always offer a discount for stays of 7+ nights! Chantilly Trace is most comfortable for 4 people. Additional guests, particularly children are welcome however. There are plenty of extra blankets and pillows, as well as two cot mattresses with bedding that can be used. We welcome well behaved pups of all kinds on our property, but please be aware that the yard is not fenced.
