The space Comfortable Sleeping Arrangements: Rest easy in the cozy queen-sized bed, with additional sleeping space provided by a queen pullout sofa in the living room. Dedicated Workspace & WiFi: Stay productive with a full-size desk in the living room. Stay connected while you work or relax with reliable high-speed internet. Well-Equipped Kitchen: Prepare your favorite meals in the kitchen, featuring a mini refrigerator, toaster oven with baking feature, sink, and essential cooking amenities. Enjoy complimentary coffee with the Keurig machine. (Please note, there is not a full-size stove/oven.) Lakefront Backyard: Step outside to a spacious backyard overlooking the tranquil lake—a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Guest access This is a separate-entrance basement apartment in a single-family home. Guests have full access to the private basement suite with a lockable door at the bottom of the basement stairs separating them from the upstairs main house. Guests do not enter the main house at any time and they do not share any space with the homeowner during their stay except the back yard. Other things to note Owner On-Site: The apartment is located below the main house where the owner resides, please respect that they also live here. A property manager handles the guest's stay and communications. No Pets Allowed: To maintain a comfortable environment for all guests, we do not accommodate pets.
