Guest access The condominium offers an excellent leisure infrastructure for relaxation, entertainment, and well-being. The accommodation has 1 bathroom. Access to the loft is via two flights of stairs; this is important to consider for guests with reduced mobility. The building has 2 parking spaces for medium-sized cars. Large vehicles may occupy the two available spaces, and there are no extra spaces during peak occupancy periods. Guests have access to the building's barbecue area by prior arrangement and payment of an administrative fee of R$100. Pets are welcome with prior notice.
