The space Our apartment, located on the sixth floor of an elegant building with two elevators, offers a warm, comfortable, and well-designed space to ensure a relaxing stay. Upon entering, on the right, you will find the first bedroom, cozy and peaceful, featuring a comfortable French-size bed, a smart flat-screen TV, a spacious wardrobe, a small cabinet, and a mirror—creating a functional and relaxing atmosphere. Continuing inside, you reach the bright open-plan living area, thoughtfully arranged with a large sofa bed, a smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining table. From here, you can access a small private terrace, perfect for enjoying a quiet moment outdoors. The bathroom is modern and functional, equipped with a toilet, bidet, sink, bathtub, and shower. For your convenience, you will also find a washing machine, hairdryer, and a complimentary set of toiletries, including shampoo, shower gel, intimate cleanser, soap, shower cap, dental kit, and comb. The second bedroom, spacious and versatile, features a double bed and a single bed, a smart TV, a wardrobe, and a mirror, making it ideal for families or groups. For guests traveling with children, a baby cot and high chair are available upon request, ensuring a more comfortable stay for families. We kindly ask you to respect the house rules and the people living in the building. For reservations of up to 3 guests, the second bedroom and the sofa bed will not be prepared unless requested in advance. For stays longer than 2 nights, the following services are available upon request: partial cleaning (without linen and towel change) at an additional cost of €30 full cleaning with linen and towel change at an additional cost of €60 (both services are at the guest’s expense) If your reservation includes a child under 3 years old, please let us know if you would like to request a crib (cost: €15 per night).
