HTX; King bed close to I-10 & Beltway 8

It's a cozy room in East Houston TX. The bedroom is fully furnished with a king size bed set, plus a 58” Smart Tv. Located 5 minutes East of the Walmart on 5655 E Sam Houston Pkwy N Houston, TX 77015. The space Downstairs, is the living room, kitchen, laundry room and a SHARED half bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, plates and cups, coffee machine, air fryer, toaster, fridge, microwave & stove. There is a washer and dryer available. Upstairs; is your room, as well as 2 full baths that are NOT EN SUITE, it is SHARED among male roommates. Guest access Apart from your own room, you have access to all common areas; living room, kitchen, laundry room, restrooms, & patio. You do not have access to any other bedrooms nor outside closets that say RESTRICTED 🚫 Other things to note Host will need clear picture of front & back of identification 🪪 BEFORE checking in, along with estimated time of arrival. Identification MUST match reservation! You cannot book on behalf of someone else; for safety and security reasons, Host needs to know who is staying on the premises! Check in is strictly from 3pm-8pm. NO late or MIDNIGHT CHECK INS! Late arrivals will have to seek other accommodations with no nightly refund.
