Total security during the stay, fully fenced space, availability of use of the common areas of the accommodation, 20 minutes from the center of Villa del Carbón, family atmosphere. The exterior of our accommodation is a space for children to enjoy on the swings. We have large green spaces surrounded by fruit trees and nature, ideal for sports or outdoor activities We also have barbecues and designated areas for night campfires. IMPORTANT NOTICE!!!! Due to the geographical and physical characteristics of the accommodation we consider that it is not suitable for the elderly, with mobility limitations, acute visual impairment or who require total assistance from a third party; as the experience and enjoyment of their stay at the stay would be affected or limited. SUGGESTIONS: We highly recommend our guests a few days before their stay with us to check the weather conditions in the place to bring with them what you need, as well as bring appropriate footwear for the area (tennis, boots, hiking shoes). Other things to note IMPORTANT NOTES!!! - Do not exceed the maximum capacity indicated per room - After the latest check-in time of 10:00 PM, the host will reserve the right to refuse admission to any person, for the safety of the hosts themselves and other guests in the accommodation (unless a postponement has been requested at check-in or the guest reports a setback during their journey.) - If you want to postpone check-in due to a special situation, you must report it when confirming your reservation and stay in constant communication with the hosts via message or call during your journey - Alcoholic beverages are not allowed (if you need to consume them, we sell beer and drinks inside the accommodation) - No access will be granted to people who are drunk or under the influence of any harmful substance, as well as bad behaviors that cause damage to the facilities, accommodation staff or cause discomfort to the rest of the guests NOTICE OF COMPLIANCE!!!
