Our concierge team is happy to assist with: • Airport transportation • Tours & excursions • Restaurant reservations • Decorations for special occasions • Local recommendations & special experiences Guest access Guests have full access to the condo and the aforementioned common areas in the following schedules: - 4 pools and jacuzzis open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Monday to Sunday. - An infinity pool open from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, Monday to Sunday. - A gym open from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM - A game room open from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM - An onsite restaurant open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM - A tennis court open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM (previous reservation required) - A meeting room with up to 12 people (previous reservation required) - A movie theater for up to 12 people (previous reservation required) Access wristbands will be provided to each overnight guest and they will provide full access to the condo and the aforementioned common areas. Other things to note - Renters must be at least 25 years old. - No outside visitors are allowed. - You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more. - Lost wristbands and gym access cards each incur a replacement fee of $100 USD per item or $2,000 pesos. - One weekly housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Like many coastal areas in Puerto Vallarta, the nearby rivers and beaches are natural habitats for wildlife, including the occasional crocodile. Sightings are uncommon but possible, especially in the rainy season. We recommend keeping a safe distance from wildlife and avoiding swimming near river mouths. Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.
