Welcome to this renovated 3.5-room apartment on the 4th floor, which combines modern comfort with stunning mountain views. The apartment has two cozy bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. A comfortable pull-out sofa awaits you in the living area. The fully equipped kitchen and stylish bathroom offer everything you need for a comfortable stay. In addition, only a few minutes walk from the village center and the cable cars. The space The vacation rental in the apartment building has free outdoor parking (charging station for electric cars available) in front of the building and a ski storage room on the ground floor. The fully equipped kitchen has an induction stove, dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, fondue set, raclette grill, blender, kettle and everything you need. A high chair is also available for the younger guests. In the living room there is a TV, internet/Wi-Fi and various board games as well as some books. Bedroom 1 has a double bed (180cm x 200cm) and a fitted wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has two single beds (90cm x 200cm), one of which can be stored under the other. In the living room, the sofa becomes a cozy bed in just a few simple steps. The bathroom is equipped with a sink with mirror cabinet, shower and toilet. Hairdryer also available. The sunny balcony with a table and two chairs invites you to linger. The holiday home is located in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance of the village center, grocery store, bank, pharmacy and restaurants. The train station is a nine-minute walk away. The free local bus takes you to the cable cars from the nearby bus stop within the shortest possible time. Hiking trails and cross-country skiing trails are also very close and quickly accessible.
