On the ground floor there is the entrance and large living room. Single apartments are ideal for couples or families and can accommodate up to 3 guests – Total house capacity is 9 beds. On the ground floor there is the entrance and the large common living room with TV. The individual apartments are suitable for couples or small families of up to 3 people, exclusively the house is suitable for large family, friend or business gatherings of up to 9 people. The panoramic garden/solarium on the portico level has recently been restored and made available to guests. Ideal space for relaxing, sunbathing or organizing a BBQ with friends.
