Historic building in a small town

This building was originally used to house the telephone switchboard operator for our small town near the turn of the century. It has been restored with all the charm of it's sister property right around the corner, Wildwood Hotel. It has a separate full bathroom but all the sleeping is done in one common space. There is a king bed and a set of bunk beds making the total 3 beds with fast fiber internet throughout. Private back patio with lots of seating options with a fire pit and several tables The space There is a small kitchenette with fridge, microwave, sink and coffeepot and great homestyle cooking in our restaurant around the corner. This space is really a studio format with all sleeping done in the same room. One king bed, a set of bunks and a couch that may be used with the extra bedding provided. There is a private patio to enjoy a little outdoor space. Guest access The entire cottage and back patio. Other things to note This is a historic property with original polished concrete floors and salvaged cabinetry. If you are one who likes things brand new I would not recommend this for you. This small building is full of charm and was extensively renovated but it is necessary to have an appreciation for history and character to feel at home here.
