Spacious open living, dining and kitchen area with a large deck to enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktail while listening to the waves crash on the beach. Dining Room and Kitchen features seating for 8 at the large table and 4 at the island. Kitchen is equipped with all the essentials. Living room sofa converts to double bed for additional guest sleeping. Bunkroom off the main living area is perfect for kids and teens. Sleeps up to 6 and has TV, gaming/workstation, and clothing storage. Sleeping arrangements are 4 twin beds (2 bunk beds are rated for up to 165lbs) and sofa bed that folds down to full/double. Primary Bedroom features King bed, ensuite full bath, and closet. Additional bedroom features King bed and closet. Third bedroom features Queen bed. All bedrooms have TVs. Shared full bathroom is fully updated. Front courtyard features plenty of off-street parking for guests. Guest access Guests have access to the entire 2nd floor living area, front porch and backyard. There are no living spaces on ground floor. Other things to note There is a minimum age to book of 25 and must be staying on premise for the duration of the stay. This is strictly enforced and is a requirement of our STR license with the City of Port Aransas.
