Bring the whole family and pets to this charming house on The Guadalupe River that offers 3 cozy bedrooms and 2 bathrooms where guests can relax and unwind. Named from a cultural experience to slow down and enjoy the moments in life, this house offers a space to kick back, relax and recharge with family or come together with great friends to explore the river and soak up the sounds of the great outdoors. Guests must agree to all house and pet rules prior to approval. The space Master Bedroom is downstairs and holds two queen beds and an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a toilet and sink. Bunk Room upstairs sleeps 8 with a queen bed, and two full/twin bunk beds. There is an en suite bathroom upstairs with a stand up shower, toilet and sink. The third bedroom is a smaller room with a twin XL bed located at the top of the stairs. Guest access Guests are welcome to use kayak, stand up paddle boards, other water toys, and docks with a signed waiver. Limited fishing equipment is also available to use. Propane gas grill is usable and we will provide propane however you will be responsible for refilling during your stay. The boat is off limits. Fire pit is allowable with responsibility. You may not cut down any trees to use as firewood and must make sure that coals are property extinguished before going to bed or leaving the property. Other things to note We do have security cameras located at the front and back doors. Pets are welcome with a $50 pet fee per pet and a 2 pet maximum. Pets are strictly forbidden from getting on furniture and must not be left free to roam the house without you with them. There is a kennel provided to kennel your pet while you are away. Any evidence of pets on furniture will result in a $200 fine! You must message that you have read and agree to all house and pet rules prior to approval.
