The space THE LAKESIDE LOFT is BRAND NEW (built in 2024) and designed to maximize the stunning lake views! NOTE: This listing is for the loft above the garage space ONLY which has separate access from the main house. We just ask that the left garage door and main driveway access are not blocked. The neighborhood street is very private with minimal traffic. If you plan to bring a boat, jet ski, or trailer, please reach out prior to booking to ensure there is ample parking space available. Guests are able to utilize Little Creek Boat Ramp (1 mile away) and can to tie up at the property dock for easy access. The loft is on the second floor of the property's three car garage. You will have the second floor loft all to yourselves with a private balcony and lake view. The garage below serves as car storage for the owners. You may hear the garage doors raise and close but noise and interaction with the property owners will be minimal. Guests are welcome to enjoy the ground floor exterior home amenities such as the outdoor shower, pool, fire pit, hammock, grill, dining/lounge spaces, and dock access. We also provide a paddle board, kayak, and flotation aids for you to use during your stay. Other things to note The owner's of the property live in the main house adjacent to the guesthouse/garage. They also have one dog, however interaction will be minimal and their dog will not be off-leash outside while guests are present. The loft is fully private and the only interaction with the owner's may be in passing outside. Stairs are required for entry to the loft. There is one set of exterior stairs that lead to the exterior entry door, and one set of interior stairs that lead to the main door to the loft. There are six exterior security cameras for your safety and protection. Please do not touch or tamper with the cameras.
