The space Bedrooms: 3 King Suites + 2 Double beds + Lofted King sleeping quarters - Bedroom 1 (First Floor): King bed, en-suite full bathroom, Smart TV, clothing storage, blackout blinds, ceiling fan. - Bedroom 2 (First Floor): King bed, Smart TV, clothing storage, blackout blinds. - Bedroom 3 (Second Floor): Two double beds, armoire for clothing storage. - Bedroom 4 (Second Floor, Lofted Over Living Room): King bed, couch with TV sitting area, desk and chair workspace. *Note this space is lofted / open to area above the living room. Small closet in hallway for this bedroom - Loft (Accessible by Ladder): Cozy nook with a king-size mattress (5-ft ceilings, perfect for adventurous sleepers). Bathrooms: - Full bath and half bath on the first floor. - Full bath on the second floor. Living & Dining: - Open-concept living area with Smart TV, record player, board games, and floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning lake views. - A second living space is available in the lofted bedroom with a couch and smart TV. - Dining table with seating for 6, plus island seating for 4. Kitchen: * Fully equipped kitchen with brand-new appliances, ample counter space, and all the essentials for home-cooked meals. Features: - Dock located in private no-wake cove, great for relaxing, swimming, kayaking or paddle boarding. Rental agreements must be signed and completed within 3 days of booking to avoid cancellation * Absolutely NO Parties or gatherings. This is strictly enforced and authorities will be contacted * Maximum overnight occupancy is 10, maximum daytime occupancy is 14, including children * This property has 3 security cameras. One facing the driveway, one at the door and another at the dock * No pets allowed, no exceptions * No Smoking (of anything) is allowed * Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am * The boat lift at the dock is NOT accessible to renters. Boats can be tied to the side of the dock Guest access All space if for guests use except the boat and boat lift. Owner keeps boat on lift and boat is not available for guests to use. Other things to note Note for parents of young children: The 3rd floor has 5' ceilings and is accessible by movable library-style ladder. Please do not allow young children to climb the ladder without supervision. This is a sleeping space with a King sized mattress. Additionally, while the metal railing gate at the top of the ladder will close, it does not latch to lock. Absolutely NO parties or gatherings are allowed. **This is STRICTLY enforced.** Occupancy is monitored and authorities will be contacted if necessary.
