Double room, easy access - airport and city centre

Light and airy private room close to Edinburgh City centre and attractions. I would like to welcome you to My attractive maisonette which is shared with myself and 2 cats. The double bedroom boasts views out onto our private garden. The flat is perfectly located with a bus stop to the city centre right outside. The tram to the airport is a 10 min walk away, The train station is a 15min bus ride away. Edinburgh castle is a 30 minute bus ride away and the zoo is roughly 1.5miles. The space My flat is on 2 levels with bedrooms and bathroom upstairs and sittingroom and kitchen downstairs. The flat has 2 private gardens. I have 2 deck chairs if guests want to soak up the lovely Scottish sun this summer. The bedroom has a double bed set of 4 draws and a large wardrobe as well as central heating and newly refurbished wooden floors. You will be sharing with my 2 cats Penelope and Breagha and myself Please no later than 10pm check in. Guest access kitchen, bathroom, livingroom and 1 bedroom.
