About the Space: BEDROOMS: - There are 4 bedrooms at this property, 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. Each bedroom can accommodate a maximum of 3 guests. The third guest will be accommodated on an extra mattress, which is available at an additional cost. - Sophisticated arrangement of charming & comfortable wooden furniture that will just put you at ease. - Each of these bedrooms are equipped with a king sized bed, wardrobes, hangers and a seating area for guests to enjoy a nice cup of tea with a view. - Each room has a veranda seating area for guests to sit and enjoy the breathtaking views from the property. - All the rooms are equipped with spacious bathrooms. BATHROOMS: - There are 4 attached bathrooms at the property. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREA: - Our property features a spacious outdoor common area ideal for hosting 8-10 guests, with the option to arrange bonfires upon request at an additional cost. - Additionally, there are two dining tables available, each seating up to 4 guests comfortably. - This space offers a perfect spot to enjoy your tea/ coffee with stunning views of the sunrise and sunsets. KITCHEN: - The kitchen entry is restricted to the staff only, however, the guests can be allowed access to the kitchen with prior permission of the Management only. - It is equipped with a refrigerator, single door deep freezer, crockery and cutlery. FOOD: - Enjoy delicious home-made meals prepared by our in-house cook. - Breakfast is included in the tariff. Lunch and Dinner can be provided in-house at an additional cost, on a la carte basis. - Please note that outside packed food is not permitted on the premises. GUEST ACCESS: - The guests have access to the entire property except the kitchen. ACTIVITIES: - Guests can embark on nature walks and trails right from the property, enjoying the lush greenery and fresh air - Take a walk to the Jakhani Mata Temple - Guests can enjoy a visit to the beautiful tea gardens of Palampur. Some notable spots include the famous Bundla Tea Estate, known for its scenic views and tranquil setting, and the Wah Tea Estate, where visitors can experience tea tasting and explore the lush greenery. - Trek to the Birni Devi Temple, a scenic 5.1-km out-and-back trail near Palampur. Guest access The guests have access to the entire property except the kitchen. Other things to note - There is free parking available. - The property is a short 100-meter walk from the parking area. - Due to the sloped terrain, elderly guests may find it a bit challenging to navigate the property. However, our staff is more than happy to assist and ensure a comfortable experience. - The caretaker stays on the premises of property. Guest’s staff accommodation is not available on the property, however, we can arrange nearby lodging at an additional, minimal cost. - Bonfire is chargeable @INR 750 for one time. - Please note that like any other home in the mountains, we do not have an air-conditioner at the property. The property has been designed in such a way that the room temperature is maintained at a comforting level. - Mobile network may be an issue but guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi at the property. - There is power-backup available at the property. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. - Staff accommodation is not available on the property. - In the event of any breakage/ damage by the guests at the property, the guests will have to bear the expense for such breakage/ damage. - Please turn off all switches and appliances when not in use. - We offer discounts for month-long stays.
