You will feel right at home. The apartment is located on the top floor of a multi-family building—simply perfectly situated! Start your day with a delicious Nespresso coffee and enjoy all the amenities this modern apartment has to offer. The spacious living area creates a cozy atmosphere and invites you to relax and unwind. You can easily reach the A9 and A92 motorways and the Munich Airport is just a 10-minute drive away. The S-Bahn station in Eching is just a 2-minute walk, and you can reach Munich city center in only 20 minutes without changing trains. The large living area features a big Smart TV. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: stove, oven, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, Nespresso machine, kettle, microwave, toaster, and sparkling water maker. Plates, cutlery, and cooking utensils are provided in sufficient quantity, so you can enjoy preparing your favorite meals. The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests, with one bedroom and a spacious living area. A king-size bed (180 × 200 cm) in the bedroom and an additional king-size bed (180 × 200 cm) in the living area ensure a restful sleep. Fresh linens and 2 towels per guest are provided. You will also enjoy a bathroom with a bathtub and a glass shower screen. The washing machine is located in the basement and is shared by all apartments. It is marked with an A4-sized label that reads **"Daniel and Michael."** Please wait until your wash cycle has finished completely, then remove your laundry promptly so that other guests can use the machine as well. Traveling with a little one? Just let us know before your arrival, and we will provide a high chair and a travel cot. The entire apartment has free high-speed Wi-Fi, and a washing machine, iron, and ironing board are also available.
