The kitchen features a refrigerator with ice maker, freezer, countertop stove, a state-of-the-art JennAir oven and microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, rice cooker, blender and more. Ample dining space is provided for group meals with an octagonal kitchen table to accommodate your guests. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area features a stunning natural wooden dining table that offers additional seating. Accommodations: The Villa comfortably sleeps 10 guests, featuring four beautifully designed bedrooms, each with its own unique aesthetic; plush bedding, blackout roller shades, Smart- TV's and air conditioning. Two of the rooms include private living spaces, while one offers direct access to a private terrace, providing added comfort and privacy. Bedroom 1 - Experience luxury in this master suite, featuring an open layout with a spacious living area, large sectional, and king size bed. Bedroom 2 - This room features a queen-size bed, vanity, a Smart-TV, modern closet space and a Jack and Jill bathroom shared with Bedroom 3. The space exudes a tranquil, clean and minimalist vibe. The main house has three full bathrooms with luxurious rainfall showers and a fourth, full-bathroom is located in the outdoor Cabana. The master bathroom includes a jetted tub with panoramic views, perfect for a relaxing bubble bath. Workspace: Wifi available for remote work while vacationing in the tropics. Pack and Play / Kids High Chair: We provide (1) Pack and Play and (1) Kids High Chair at the property. IMPORTANT NOTE: We welcome children at Hacienda La Cúpula. Please note that children must be under the supervision of an adult - aged 25 or older AT ALL TIMES. The property features light-colored furnishings, and we ask that you review all pictures in the listing to ensure you are comfortable with the space. Additionally, please be mindful that the pool and jacuzzi are not fenced, so extra caution and supervision are necessary at all times. Ubers are not always reliable in this location and you will need a car to explore the island. Booking: All bookings are contingent on signing a short-term rental agreement that will be sent via email. It must be signed within 48 hours of booking or before entering the property, whichever happens first. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, private pool, cabana, barbecue area, and all the beautiful surrounding grounds. Please note: two labeled, "Owner's Closet" inside the house, a locked cabinet in the Cabana's kitchen, and the Barn-house (workshop), located across from the main house; are not accessible to guests. We kindly ask that you do not open, enter, borrow or remove anything from these restricted areas. For everyone's safety and to respect the property, entering any restricted area will result in immediate cancellation from the property without refund and a $1,000 penalty or the cost of equipment(s) or item(s) replacements; whichever is greater. This is a large property, and we like to give you a quick tour, answer any questions, and help you settle in. For this reason, check-in is scheduled between 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
