Please note that this property is not pet-friendly, and smoking is only permitted in the designated area outside. We kindly ask guests to respect our house rules, which include no parties or events, ensuring a serene environment for all. A washer/dryer is included for stays of 7 days or longer. Shorter stays may reserve at a cost of $25 for the stay. Laundry detergent is included. Please let us know if you plan to use this service prior to your arrival. Guest access The full house is available for registered guests, except a gated utility room, storage area and the roof Other things to note General Guidelines • Please take good care of all the inventory, towels, electronics, and furnishings during your stay. Treat them with respect — many items are difficult to replace quickly. • Pets are not allowed. • Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home. • Marijuana use is illegal in Puerto Rico and strictly prohibited anywhere in the property. Violation will result in a $500 cleaning fee and may lead to immediate cancellation of your stay. • Please maintain the space clean to avoid attracting pests or insects. • No food or drinks in the bedrooms or living areas Security Security cameras are installed and recording all outdoor areas for the safety of our guests and the property. Pool & Property Conduct • Pool rules must be followed at all times. • NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY- USE POOL AT YOUR OWN RISK • No glass, food or drinks are allowed inside the pool. • Parents and guardians are responsible for their children behavior at all times. • Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult while using the pool. • Please make sure children understand and follow the house and pool rules. • Please avoid loud music, shouting, or high TV volume that might disturb neighbors. • Obscene language or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. • No bikes, skates, or skateboards allowed inside the unit. • Please do not sit on furniture or beds while wearing wet bathing suits or clothings. • Avoid hanging wet clothing or towels on sofas or beds — use the towel hooks provided in bathrooms and pool areas. Climate Please note that tropical country life is amazingly beautiful. Nature is very alive at Sunset Vista due to vegetation, tropical weather and the fact that we are very close to the Rain Forest Insects and bugs roam outside the house, the mountain is their home. We do preventive treatment on a monthly basis. If you can respect that you will see various species and can let them be, you will definitely enjoy this space.
