The detached, thatched cottage was newly built in 2000, renovated in 2023 and offers not only a lot of comfort but also cozy, loving furnishings with lots of wood and natural materials in bright colors. The house stands on a *contact info removed* sqm, well-kept property with beautiful trees. Garden furniture, hammock and sun loungers invite you to relax. Access to the natural beach is about 350 meters away. Guests have 3 parking spaces on the premises, two of them under a carport. There is also covered bicycle storage on the property. The flat Wittow peninsula is ideal for cycling. "Heidi's Reethaus" sleeps 5 people. On the upper floor of the house there are 2 bedrooms, both equipped with double beds. In the living room another person can sleep on the sofa bed. A self-inflating air bed is available if needed (1.20 x 2.00 m). From the bedrooms on the upper floor you have a beautiful lake view, you can see the sunsets and the passing sailboats. There are two spacious, bright bathrooms in the house: one on the upper floor with a large corner bathtub and one on the ground floor with a ground-level, spacious glass shower. The entire first floor is designed for seniors, including a shower toilet (only the entrance steps must be overcome). In the living area, a cozy couch corner invites you to cuddle, the large dining table for cozy meals in a nice atmosphere. In addition to a large flat-screen TV, there is a radio, DVD player and Blue Ray for entertainment, as well as free Wi-Fi. The bright country house kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, oven, ceramic stove, microwave, coffee machine, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, hand blender, hand mixer and of course with sufficient dishes and other kitchen utensils. There is also a cozy dining area here in the kitchen. For the smallest guests there is a crib, two high chairs, a children's stool, children's dishes + children's cutlery, a night light, sand toys and a sandbox. In addition, a washing machine is available in the house. There is underfloor heating throughout the ground floor, as well as in the bathroom upstairs. Pets are allowed.
