On the ground floor we find: - Living room: The living room is the central core of the house, a cozy and modern space, with traditional details, ideal for relaxing after a day full of activities. It is equipped with a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a double bed, perfect for accommodating additional guests. You can enjoy your favorite series on the flat-screen TV with access to streaming services. The windows allow natural light to enter, creating a bright and pleasant atmosphere. In addition, the room has a fireplace with a glass door, which adds a warm and elegant touch, perfect for cooler nights. For your comfort, it also has air conditioning with a heat pump, ensuring a pleasant temperature throughout the year. - Kitchen: The kitchen is an open space fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. It has state-of-the-art appliances, including a refrigerator with freezer, microwave, air fryer, sandwich maker, toaster and "Dolce Gusto" capsule coffee maker. It also has a nice countertop, pots and high-quality cooking utensils. The small bar with its two stools is perfect for an aperitif or a pleasant conversation while preparing dinner. The adjacent dining table is perfect for enjoying your meals in a comfortable and family atmosphere. In addition, coffee is provided, and some basic ingredients to make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Next to the kitchen, a glass door gives access to a small patio with the washing area and the domestic hot water heater. The staircase gives access to the second floor, where you will find: - Master bedroom: The master bedroom is a haven of tranquility and comfort. It is furnished with a 135x190 double bed with a high-quality mattress and luxurious bedding, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep. Minimalist decor and soft tones and lights create a relaxing atmosphere. Its small balcony faces east and has stunning views of the mountains surrounding the village. It also has a built-in closet so you can store your belongings comfortably. And of course, with thermal emitter heating for the coldest nights. - Bedroom 2: This bedroom features a fun 90x190 bunk bed, with a safety railing and high-quality bedding to ensure rest. It also has a luggage rack, where you can leave your suitcase and hang your clothes. The built-in closet is not available, because that is where private household items are stored. It has a small work area, with a Chromebook laptop (Chrome OSFlex) with internet access, which you can use safely using your Google account. This bedroom also has thermal emitter heating to make resting more pleasant, as well as a balcony overlooking the West. - Bathroom: The bathroom is a modern and functional space, equipped with a bathtub with shower that will allow you to relax and refresh. Soft towels and free toiletries are at your disposal, so you don't have to worry about a thing. In addition, the bathroom has a large mirror and good lighting, ideal for your personal care routines. Cleanliness is a priority, so you'll always find the bathroom impeccable. For your convenience, a hairdryer is available and the mirror has a built-in Bluetooth speaker so you can listen to your favorite music while showering. Guest access Access to the house is through YALE HOME, an app that you can find in the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Android) with a mobile phone or open with the numeric keypad installed next to the door. Once you make the reservation, I will send you a link with the instructions and access codes. From inside the house you can manually open and close by turning the lock. The Roman road, which runs through the village, is proof of Benaocaz's strategic importance in ancient times, connecting different regions of the Sierra de Grazalema. - THINGS TO DO 1. If you want a bigger supermarket, you'll have to go to Ubrique, 6 km away. There is a DIA at the entrance to the village and a Mercadona, with customer parking, in the center 2. Cheese: It is undoubtedly the Sierra's star product. In Benaocaz there is authentic Payoya sheep cheese in a production of the Mangana brothers. You have to ring the bell and they will attend to you without any problems. They are at Calle San Blas 8. And they have more delicious things, all of their own production. 3. Leather: On Ubrique's main street you have many shops with leather goods. The specialty there. - FESTIVALS AND CUSTOMS OF THE VILLAGE Benaocaz is known for its traditional festivals and customs, which reflect the rich cultural heritage of the town.
