We are in Paseo Lastarria with excellent restaurants right outside the door and walking distance to the subway The space The 50-square-meter apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay (full kitchen, equipped bathrooms). It is bright and cozy, the construction is modern and the spaces are well used. Guest access The entire apartment is available for guests. The laundry is on the top floor of the building and has an extra cost that is detailed in the HOUSE GUIDE. There is no free parking included but the building has a public parking lot that is detailed in the HOW TO GET AROUND section. Other things to note Santiago's climate has 4 very marked seasons and little rain. From November to March it's very hot and it's almost no rain, the maximum reaches 34°celcius. From April to early June the temperatures drop and the rains increase, it gets more windy and it can get hot or cold in a matter of hours. Between June and August it is very cold, it does not snow but in the evenings the temperatures are close to 0°C and in the day the sun doesn't get very hot, it rains every one or two weeks. In September, spring is here, and the weather gets better, but there's always some ice cold and a rain behind it until October. It is necessary to be attentive to the weather to see what clothes they will bring. The apartment has electric stoves and is not particularly cold in winter, and fans for summer.
