LOCATION OF THE PROPERTY/LOCATION DESCRIPTION: The small, agricultural municipality of Armstorf is located in the middle of the triangle between Cuxhaven (50 km), Bremen (76 km) and Hamburg (90 km) and about 25 km south of the Wingst Nature Park with its variety of sports, leisure and refreshment options. Stade (40 km) invites you to stroll through pretty old town alleys. The nearest North Sea beach, brine spa with sauna area and fun and games barn in Otterndorf (35 km). Kreidesee, popular with divers, bicycle rental and a selection of restaurants in Hemmoor (12 km). Bad Bederkesa (15 km) with moor spa and outdoor pool. Shopping in Lamstedt (7 km). Very good hiking and biking trails around Armstorf. WINGST NATURE PARK AREA: The Wingst Nature Park, a wooded ridge, rises on an area of about 30 km² about 30 km southeast of Cuxhaven on the North Sea. In addition to the originality of nature (the wide-ranging Wingster forest and the flat marsh landscape towards the Elbe), the small communities of the nearby area with their typical, Lower Saxon half-timbered buildings and their thatched farmhouses (farm shops and cafés) also characterize the image of the area. Supermarkets, restaurant/ice cream parlor and facilities for everyday needs in Cadenberge (6 km). In the nearby area there are a variety of sports and leisure activities, including a zoo with a wolf/bear enclosure, heated indoor/outdoor pool with 100 m long water slide, Icelandic horse stud (riding option), numerous well-signposted cycling and hiking trails.
